ERC Research NET and EuReCa ONE

The first ERC Research NET Meeting was held during the ERC Symposium in Krakow.
It was initiated by the new ERC Director Science and Research, Prof. Bernd Böttiger.

More than 80 colleagues from all over Europe and beyond have participated. Several strategies and study proposals were intensively discussed. You can get the minutes from this ERC Research NET Meeting from the ERC office.

In collaboration with the ERC EuReCa Group, the proposal for a large-scale ERC multicenter epidemiological trial in 2014 on out-of-hospital cardiac arrest was supported.
The study is called “EuReCa ONE”, and this stands for One month, One outcome, One Europe. A detailed outline of this EuReCa ONE project is now being prepared.

We are keen to get as many as possible European and Non-European centers involved.
If you are interested to participate, please contact the ERC office ( and/or Jan-Thorsten Gräsner ( and Bernd Böttiger (

The next meeting of the ERC Research NET will be held in Bilbao.
